Senior Business Analyst – Subscriptions Team

About the role

Garmin is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Subscriptions Team in Cluj. You will help ensure high‑quality subscription and service experiences for millions of Garmin customers across multiple product segments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirement discovery sessions with product owners and cross‑functional teams for medium to large projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to align deliverables with business objectives and maintain transparent communication.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to secure alignment and consensus.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for supported applications, providing deep product knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing functional and technical requirements for complex projects.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and ability to adapt them.
• Proven communication skills in large team settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
