iOS Software Engineer – Connect IQ Team

About the role

Garmin is looking for an experienced iOS Software Engineer to join the Connect IQ team in Cluj-Napoca. You will design and build innovative iOS applications that enable third‑party developers to create watch faces, apps, and data fields for Garmin devices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit and modern iOS SDK tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design and ship new features for the Connect IQ platform.
• Write unit tests, fix bugs and improve application performance and reliability.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance development efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional iOS development experience.
• Strong ability to learn quickly, high work ethic and attention to detail.
• BSc in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Proficiency in English.
