Senior Analytics Web Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Web Developer to join Marsh's Health and Benefits Analytics team in Cluj-Napoca. This hybrid position requires at least three days a week in the office and focuses on building intuitive, data‑driven web experiences for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of front‑end architecture across React‑based analytics products.
• Drive adoption of best practices, coding standards, testing approaches and shared tooling.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers and developers to translate business needs into user‑centered digital experiences.
• Mentor mid‑level and junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Integrate REST APIs, WebSocket endpoints and third‑party platforms to surface BI data.

Required profile

• Proven experience building production‑grade software with React at scale.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, Agile delivery and the full software development lifecycle.
• Ability to work with relational and non‑relational databases such as SQL and MongoDB.
• Excellent debugging and problem‑solving skills in complex, data‑driven environments.
