Scheduler (Project Controls & Analytics) – German speaking

About the role

Accenture Industry X is seeking a bilingual Scheduler to join its Project Controls & Analytics team. You will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling schedules for large‑scale transmission and distribution projects, ensuring delivery against service level agreements and project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Track project performance, verify compliance with SLAs, and report variances.
• Analyze schedule data to identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, providing guidance and decision support on scheduling matters.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, solving complex scheduling challenges and influencing key project decisions.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and German (B2/C1) with strong communication skills.
• Solid experience in program and project management within capital‑intensive environments.
• Deep understanding of transmission and distribution fundamentals for large infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 for project scheduling.
