SAP Production Planning Consultant (S/4HANA)

About the role

Bosch Service Solutions is looking for an experienced SAP Production Planning Consultant to join its team in Timișoara. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the Plan to Produce (PP/DS) process on a global scale, supporting digital transformation initiatives across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business value of the production planning sub‑process in line with overall strategy.
• Implement and roll out Plan to Produce (PP/DS) tasks in deployment projects.
• Align and adapt process changes to user requirements, standards and related processes.
• Define roadmap for rollout and maturity increase of the Plan to Produce process.
• Ensure sustainable implementation and compliance with process standards.
• Promote digitalisation and automation, including Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Monitor KPIs, initiate improvement programmes and coach user departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) with strong communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, specifically in Production Planning implementation or transformation.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP PP and PP/DS modules.
• Solid understanding of supply‑chain and manufacturing processes.
• Consulting or industry experience, preferably in Consumer Goods or Retail.
• Strategic mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Willingness to work in an international environment and travel as required.
