System Validation Manager

About the role

Join NXP's CoreRide team to lead validation of automotive ECU reference designs, ensuring safe and secure products for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the validation strategy for the CoreRide portfolio, driving end‑to‑end validation of integrated NXP and ecosystem partner technologies.
• Establish and continuously improve validation processes, defect management, and cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, quality, safety and security teams.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in automotive embedded systems validation, including ECU, platform and system‑level verification.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with deep understanding of quality‑driven development practices.

Required skills

• Automotive embedded systems validation and ECU testing
• Functional safety and cybersecurity standards for automotive
• Middleware, operating systems and virtualization knowledge
• Test automation, CI/CT and validation toolchains
