SAP Manufacturing To Supply Consultant

About the role

The SAP Manufacturing To Supply (M2S) Consultant will drive the business value of Make-to-Stock processes, aligning them with global strategy and ensuring successful SAP S/4 HANA rollouts. You will work closely with key users and project teams to implement, test, and sustain standardized M2S processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define, communicate and continuously improve Make-to-Stock (M2S) processes on a global level.
• Lead M2S deployment activities within SAP rollout projects, including data preparation, migration validation, test case creation, and defect resolution.
• Coordinate cutover activities and provide onsite go‑live support.
• Deliver training sessions and coach business users on standardized M2S processes.
• Analyze business requirements and implement process changes in line with standards, regulations and cross‑functional dependencies.
• Support the M2S rollout roadmap to increase process maturity.
• Drive digitalisation and automation initiatives, including Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Monitor KPIs, lead process improvement projects and ensure compliance with global standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Fluent English (B2/C1).
• 3+ years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA, specifically in Manufacturing to Supply implementation or transformation.
• Several years of experience in SAP consulting or SAP‑focused industry environments.
• Strong strategic mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
