AI & Automation Technical Consultant

About the role

As an AI & Automation Technical Consultant you will advise business units, product owners and development teams on AI and automation use cases, ensuring business value, technical feasibility and scalable solutions. You will shape the target architecture for AI‑driven and automated applications from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a unified target architecture for AI and automation solutions, guiding initiatives from idea to realization.
• Evaluate requirements, technology options and architectural decisions for Generative AI, Agentic AI and enterprise automation platforms.
• Define standards and structures at the intersection of backend, frontend, analytics and UX/UI to translate business needs into consistent solution approaches.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure strategic alignment and sustainable scalability of AI‑powered applications.

Required profile

• Advanced English; German is a plus.
• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Several years of IT project management experience focused on AI and/or automation, with hands‑on work on generative and agentic AI technologies.
• Strong analytical and consulting skills, able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
