Sample Management Expert (French-speaking)

About the role

Bosch Engineering Center Cluj supports the transformation of the mobility sector through software, hardware and mechanical engineering, reliability engineering and sales planning, with applications in AI-driven automated driving, electric and connected mobility. The Sample Management Expert supports the Project Manager during the pre-order phase and coordinates samples, with fluent English and French (B2) mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in the pre-order phase (forecast updates, clarification of technical content).
• Coordinate sample planning and maintain sample forecasts in the planning tools.
• Receive and process sample orders from the customer.
• Perform commercial and compliance checks and start the required approval workflows.
• Confirm the technical definition with the (Technical) Project Manager.
• Ensure each customer requirement is passed on to the Plant.
• Provide sample reporting and documentation and act as interface between Customer Teams, ENG, PUR, Supply Chain and customers.
• Inform the customer about planned delivery dates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order management, procurement, accounting or similar.
• Fluent English and French (B2); willingness to travel is appreciated.
• Eager to work with automotive technologies, proactive, self-motivated, team player and able to take ownership of projects.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with order management systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Nice to have: intermediate Excel / Power BI.
