Research & Outreach Specialist – B2B Partnerships & PR

About the role

We are looking for a Research & Outreach Specialist to identify and engage with publications, influencers, and partners that align with our messaging. The role focuses on research, relationship building and PR activities rather than technical SEO.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth research on companies, industries, AI trends, publications, influencers and technology ecosystems.
• Build and maintain prospect databases using CRM and research tools.
• Execute personalized multi‑channel outreach (email, LinkedIn) and nurture relationships with founders, executives, journalists, analysts and community leaders.
• Identify and pitch guest articles, thought‑leadership pieces, case studies, press releases and other PR assets to Tier‑1, Tier‑2 and niche B2B media outlets.
• Secure speaking opportunities, podcast appearances, webinars and panel discussions.
• Develop partnerships with AI and developer communities, SaaS platforms, industry associations and marketplace directories.
• Track outreach KPIs, media coverage and earned‑media performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B outreach, partnership development or PR.
• Strong research and market‑intelligence capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, follow‑ups and CRM records.
• Self‑starter with a collaborative mindset.
