Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to cover Bucharest and the South‑East of Bucharest area, preferably based in Bucharest. The role focuses on driving sales growth for Bosch’s HVAC solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the regional market, identify customer needs and develop action plans to acquire new partners while strengthening existing relationships.
• Provide technical support and tools to partners, act as the single point of contact for customers, and coordinate participation in local marketing activities, sales campaigns and trainings.
• Monitor key performance indicators, generate regular reports and manage projects using Microsoft CRM.
• Collect market intelligence and support Key Account Managers and product management with relevant insights.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with a strategic mindset.
• Proven experience in customer and data management, including in‑depth business analysis.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and solid computer competence.
