Quality Inspector KB (Controlor Calitate KB)

About the role

The Quality Inspector KB supports investigations, root‑cause analysis and quality inspections for Airbus Aerostructures in Brasov. The role ensures that quality issues are contained, corrective actions are applied and operational surveillance is maintained across people, product and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections, final checks, attestation and stop‑point verification, including out‑of‑sequence work and critical activities.
• Conduct investigations and root‑cause analysis of technical or quality issues reported by business teams or customers.
• Ensure operational surveillance of processes, products and personnel, providing feedback and coaching to operations and support functions.
• Open and close non‑conformities, support the shop floor with quality expertise, and carry out predictive quality activities.
• Participate actively in process improvement initiatives and foreign‑object damage prevention.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
• Ability to work within multifunctional teams and provide clear documentation of investigations and corrective actions.
