Junior Production Planner DP - 24 months

About the role

Join Airbus Aerostructures as a Junior Production Planner for a 24‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support short‑term production planning, monitor schedule adherence and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and monitor adherence to the production plan, considering manpower, machines and material capacity.
• Elaborate the Production Schedule and recovery plans, updating the weekly Detail Production Schedule (DPS) and authorising work orders.
• Lead Weekly Master Production meetings, obtain commitments and validate short‑term planning impacts on the industrial system.
• Build, update and analyse KPIs on plan execution, define improvement actions and update the official planning tool.

Required profile

• Entry‑level graduate with a strong interest in production planning and scheduling.
• Awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively in weekly meetings.

Required skills

• Understanding of production planning concepts, MRP parameters and scheduling tools.
• Capability to analyse KPIs, identify gaps and propose improvement actions.
