Quality Control Inspector – Assembly

About the role

The Quality Control Inspector – Assembly will support the Airbus Aerostructures team in Brasov by ensuring that all assembly work meets defined quality standards. You will carry out inspections, drive root‑cause investigations and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and products.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and attestations of work orders, including final checks, stop points and out‑of‑sequence work.
• Conduct operational surveillance of people, product and processes to detect and prevent quality issues.
• Investigate reported quality or technical problems, perform root‑cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Open and close non‑conformities, support the shop floor with expertise on quality matters, and prevent foreign‑object damage.
• Participate actively in process‑improvement initiatives and predictive quality activities.

• Awareness of potential compliance risks and a strong commitment to act with integrity.
• Entry‑level candidate with a willingness to learn and collaborate in multifunctional teams.
