Production Planner – Detail Part Area

About the role

Join Airbus Aerostructures as a Production Planner for the Detail Part area. You will support short‑term production planning, ensure adherence to schedules, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to keep the manufacturing flow on track.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and monitor adherence to the production plan, considering manpower, machines and material availability.
• Elaborate the Production Schedule and recovery plans, assessing impacts on capacity, delivery dates and buffers.
• Prepare and lead weekly Master Production meetings, obtain commitments and challenge postponements.
• Validate and officialise short‑term planning, updating the Industrial System (5M) as needed.
• Build, update and analyse KPIs that measure plan execution and deliveries, defining improvement actions.
• Implement the approved schedule in the production system and authorise manufacturing by converting work orders.
• Check MRP parameters, results and messages, and keep the IT planning tool up‑to‑date.
