Order & Delivery Officer

About the role

Ayvens, a provider of full-service car leasing, subscription services, fleet management and multi-mobility solutions, is looking for an Order & Delivery Officer. The role covers placing vehicle orders, coordinating deliveries and handling the administrative steps around registration and invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Place the vehicle order and make sure it is executed properly
• Send order confirmations to customers and monitor delivery timelines, informing customers proactively
• Organize invoicing of Proforma Invoices (PI) or similar documents
• Organize the registration and delivery process and manage related procedures such as plate transfer, special plates, holder, external insurance and so on
• Assign subcontractors (anti-theft devices, winter tires, transport, accessories) and check that their work is done correctly
• Manage the service's operations, its interaction with other departments, productivity and quality, and contribute to process improvement and customer communication
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to strengthen quote competitiveness

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Previous experience in customer service or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of car leasing terms and regulatory standards

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
