Operator de mașini unelte semiautomate și automate – Frezor

About the role

We are looking for a skilled operator to run semi‑automatic and automatic machining centres (Frezor) at our Airbus Aerostructures facility in Brașov. The role involves setting‑up equipment, performing a range of machining operations and ensuring that every part meets strict quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Adjust machines, jigs, tools and work‑pieces before each production run.
• Carry out machining, drilling, cutting, forming and surface/thermal treatment processes according to predefined programmes.
• Monitor machine behaviour and process parameters to guarantee consistent output.
• Verify that all operations comply with part specifications and reference documentation.

Required profile

• Professional experience operating semi‑automatic or automatic machine tools.
• Strong awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
• Ability to follow detailed technical instructions and maintain accurate records.

Required skills

• Machine setup and adjustment.
• Machining, drilling, cutting and forming.
• Surface and thermal treatment operations.
• Operating semi‑automatic and automatic Frezor machines.
