Metal Worker – Material Forming & Maintenance

About the role

Airbus Aerostructures is looking for a skilled metal worker to join its Brasov facility. You will be responsible for forming metallic parts using a range of basic tools and machines, ensuring high‑quality output for downstream assembly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform material forming operations such as bending, cutting, assembling and drilling on metallic components.
• Carry out first‑level maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Conduct first‑level quality inspections to verify compliance with technical instructions and work orders.
• Handle raw materials, tools, standard parts and documentation to produce ready‑to‑assemble metal elements.

Required profile

• Professional experience in metal‑working or a related production environment.
• Awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
• Ability to follow technical instructions, work orders and job cards accurately.
