L2 Support Engineer

About the role

EveryMatrix is seeking a dedicated L2 Support Engineer to join its Bucharest team. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving application and API‑related incidents to keep our iGaming platforms stable and performant.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for REST APIs, backend services, and application failures.
• Analyze logs, system configurations, Grafana dashboards, and performance metrics to identify root causes.
• Execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and assist in incident resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Development, QA, and Release Management on deployments, hot‑fix testing, and post‑release validation.
• Monitor application health and proactively flag risks or improvement opportunities.
• Design and enhance Grafana dashboards to improve observability.
• Create and maintain knowledge‑base articles, troubleshooting guides, and SOPs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Application, Production, or Technical Support.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting web applications, backend systems, and REST APIs in production.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with incident management, root‑cause analysis, and problem‑solving methodologies.
