Junior Production Planner – Detail Production (DP)

About the role

Join Airbus Aerostructures as a Junior Production Planner focused on the Detail Production (DP) process. You will support short‑term production planning, monitor adherence to schedules, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and monitor adherence to the production plan, considering manpower, machines and material availability.
• Develop the weekly Production Schedule and recovery plans, assessing impacts on capacity, tooling and delivery dates.
• Lead or participate in Weekly Master Production meetings, securing commitments and preventing planning delays.
• Validate and formalise short‑term plans, updating the Industrial System (5M) as needed.
• Build, update and analyse KPIs that measure plan execution and deliveries, defining improvement actions.
• Implement the approved Production Schedule in the production system and authorise manufacturing work orders.
• Check MRP parameters, results and messages, and update the official planning tool with stakeholder input.

Required profile

• Entry‑level professional with a proactive attitude toward short‑term production planning.
• Ability to contribute to and lead weekly planning routines and stakeholder meetings.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor KPIs and propose corrective actions.
