Junior Full-Stack Engineer, Generative AI

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack Engineer to join Marsh Tech in Cluj-Napoca. You will help build enterprise‑grade, AI‑enabled web applications, working with modern front‑end and back‑end technologies, large language models and cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack web applications using React with TypeScript and NodeJS/NestJS or Python frameworks.
• Integrate LLM‑based capabilities into applications following established patterns.
• Assist in evolving proofs of concept into production‑ready features.
• Write clean, well‑tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Support deployment and operation on AWS cloud with guidance.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment, attending stand‑ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent internship/project work.
• Foundational knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern front‑end framework (React preferred).
• Basic experience with backend development in NodeJS or Python.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and client‑server concepts.
• Interest in generative AI and LLM applications.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
