Junior Data Scientist for (e-)Mobility Cloud Solutions

About the role

Join Bosch Engineering Center Cluj as a Junior Data Scientist working on e‑Mobility cloud solutions. You will transform data into actionable insights that accelerate digitalisation across mobility‑related domains.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement statistical, machine learning and AI models to solve real business and engineering problems.
• Build data‑driven products and services for cloud services, business process optimisation, manufacturing analytics and telemetry use cases.
• Ingest, process and analyse diverse data sources such as relational databases, logs, sensor streams and image data.
• Develop, test and maintain reusable code libraries and production‑grade data pipelines.
• Take ownership of the full lifecycle of data solutions, from discovery to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, data mining and AI/ML methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Python and SQL in professional or academic projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in multicultural, distributed teams.
