IT Infrastructure Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Team Lead to manage and evolve a complex IT environment. This hands‑on leadership role combines strong networking and infrastructure expertise with production‑environment experience, project delivery and team management in an international setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a small technical infrastructure team, ensuring effective delivery and collaboration.
• Own infrastructure operations, contributing to stability, availability and continuous improvement of production environments.
• Provide technical expertise across networking, systems, virtualization, databases and datacenter infrastructure.
• Lead or contribute to infrastructure projects, migrations and technology transformations.
• Drive incident, problem and change management processes following ITIL principles.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for infrastructure topics and escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to deliver solutions and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reliability, performance, security and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders in an international environment.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of IT infrastructure experience with strong networking expertise.
• Broad knowledge of systems, virtualization, databases and datacenter environments.
• 2–5 years of team or project leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage or coordinate a small technical team.
• Solid experience working in production environments and handling incidents and problems.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects, migrations and implementations.
• Good understanding of ITIL, change management and operational processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent English, French a plus.
