Head of IT Products Commercial

About the role

Miele is looking for a Head of IT Products Commercial to lead its IT Product Commercial teams in Brasov. The role combines organizational development, strategic leadership and global project management, expanding global responsibilities, building strategic capabilities and leading international transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders and Global IT leadership to align priorities and support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure the IT strategy and objectives are implemented through prioritization, resource allocation and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive collaboration across business and IT teams, remove escalations and enable effective decision-making.
• Coordinate people, resources and stakeholders to support delivery and operational stability.
• Lead team development through recruitment, performance management, succession planning and employee growth.
• Manage the unit's budget, administrative activities and compliance with internal policies and governance.
• Lead strategic local and global IT Commercial projects on scope, timeline, budget and business objectives.
• Drive project governance: priorities, risks, dependencies, stakeholder alignment and executive reporting across cross-functional teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT leadership, people management and organizational development.
• Proven expertise leading cross-functional and international IT teams in a global environment.
• Experience in stakeholder management, strategic planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Experience leading complex IT programs and projects, including risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in international and matrix organizations and to bridge business and IT.
• Good written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
