Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer

About the role

Huzzle is hiring a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to design, build and optimise the systems behind outbound sales, lead generation and revenue operations. It is a highly technical, revenue-facing role at the intersection of sales, marketing and engineering, focused on implementing scalable GTM infrastructure, automating workflows and integrating tools so sales teams can work more efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain GTM systems across CRM, outbound tools and data platforms
• Design and optimise automated outbound sales workflows and sequences
• Integrate CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), enrichment tools and outreach platforms
• Develop scripts and workflows to improve lead routing, scoring and qualification
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve pipeline generation
• Maintain data integrity across systems and analyse performance metrics to optimise conversion and efficiency
• Implement AI and automation solutions to strengthen outbound and inbound strategies

Required profile

• 2-5+ years of experience in a GTM Engineering, RevOps or Sales Operations role
• Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Experience with APIs, webhooks and system integrations
• Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and lead generation
• Analytical mindset with experience working with sales data and KPIs

Required skills

• Proficiency in automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, Clay, Outreach, Apollo)
• Basic to intermediate coding skills (JavaScript, Python or similar)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
