German-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist (RO2)

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for a German-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join its multilingual BPO center in Bucharest. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling customer service by email and phone for leading airlines, covering flight changes, cancellations, lost baggage and claims.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by email and phone.
• Handle emails and voice calls from airlines, helping with flight changes, cancellations, lost baggage and claims.
• Communicate with customers in German and English across different channels.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain a positive, empathic and professional attitude.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver professional customer support.

Required profile

• German at C1 level and English at B2 level; graduates of any discipline or undergraduates are welcome.
• Prior experience in an international airline environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to gather information from customers and resolve issues.
• Willingness to work in a contact center environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Familiarity with booking systems such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre is a plus.
• Customer service experience in a BPO or contact center is beneficial.
