About the role

Accenture Operations is looking for a bilingual Executive Assistant who will support senior executives in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment. The role is based in Bucharest (or Brașov) with a hybrid schedule, and can be fully remote for candidates located elsewhere in Romania.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management and scheduling.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and set up audio/video conference calls.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain and update internal processes and procedures as needed.
  • Build strong client relationships and proactively identify potential risks.
  • Perform regular quality checks and address issues promptly.

Required profile

  • Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
  • Strong administrative, organizational and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across global teams.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Professional handling of confidential information.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new technologies and collaborative.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
