Data Usage Analyst with French

About the role

Inetum, a European digital services group, is looking for a Data Usage Analyst with French in Bucharest. You will coordinate and manage data usage requests (use cases) for your Business Unit or Service Unit, supporting requesters from the definition of their data needs through to the validation of the conditions needed for compliant implementation. You act as a bridge between business teams and experts such as legal, compliance and IT security, ensuring data usage meets internal standards, governance requirements and regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end data usage requests: help requesters frame their needs and define feasibility conditions, lead stakeholder discussions, and prepare validated terms of use.
• Work with other analysts on requests involving several units or cross-entity data access.
• Link your unit to the Group's data usage governance, contribute to the periodic inventory of data use cases, and escalate blocked or sensitive requests.
• Follow the Global Data Office methodology, including governance principles, deliverable tracking, budget monitoring and architectural guidelines.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs, help define indicators, and support continuous improvement of data usage processes.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in legal, compliance, audit or similar fields.
• Analytical, audit-oriented thinking, with strong synthesis and communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Very good command of French and English, written and spoken.
• Advantageous: knowledge of risk management, IT security and IT solutions, and experience in banking, compliance or risk analysis.
