Data Analyst (Qlik) – Telecom

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in Qlik Sense/QlikView and a solid understanding of the Telecom B2B industry. The role involves transforming complex business data into actionable insights, developing impactful dashboards, and supporting data‑driven decision‑making across sales, operations, customer management and business performance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into analytical solutions and dashboards.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and visualisations using Qlik Sense or QlikView.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks and business opportunities.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to customer acquisition, retention, revenue, service usage and operational performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support data‑driven decision‑making through regular and ad‑hoc reporting.
• Work closely with Data Engineering and BI teams to optimise reporting performance and data models.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Proven experience with Qlik Sense or QlikView, SQL, data modelling and dashboard development.
• Strong background in working with enterprise data warehouses and large datasets.
• Experience in the Telecom B2B domain, with knowledge of telecom business processes, customer lifecycle, revenue analytics and operational reporting.
