Customer Contact Officer with German (Early Career)

About the role

Accenture is recruiting a Customer Contact Officer (Business Advisory Analyst, Early Career) in Romania, with locations in Bucharest, Brasov, Iasi and Timisoara. The role is hybrid and shift-based, with shifts of 8:00-17:00 and 12:00-21:00; candidates in other Romanian locations may be offered greater flexibility, including remote work, depending on business and project needs. The officer is the main point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions by phone and digital channels
• Support customers on onboarding, account maintenance, documentation and service requests
• Contact customers to obtain missing information and required documents
• Resolve customer issues professionally and in a timely way
• Document every customer interaction accurately and completely
• Meet defined service, quality and productivity KPIs
• Escalate complex cases following established procedures
• Promote customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution, and identify process improvements

Required profile

• German and English at B2-C1 level
• Minimum high school diploma
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, adaptable and willing to learn new processes
• Entry-level roles: previous experience not mandatory; mid-level roles require at least 1 year of customer support experience
• Preferred: French or Italian, customer service or contact center experience, and a Goethe German certificate
