Credit Analyst - Level 3

About the role

Ayvens, a provider of leasing, subscription and fleet management services for sustainable mobility, is looking for a Credit Analyst (Level 3) in Bucharest. The role reviews credit requests from Ayvens Group entities, checks compliance with regulations and company policy, and supports the Risk and Sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze credit requests from Ayvens Group entities and ensure compliance with regulations and company policy
• Analyze data from multiple sources and files according to quality agreements, and ensure quality and completeness of documentation for each request
• Evaluate the credit risk of clients from a creditworthiness perspective
• Support Risk and Sales teams, give feedback on the credit process and propose improvements based on experience across Group entities
• Request additional documentation from Sales teams to ensure clarity and consistency of recommendations and decisions
• Maintain risk analyses up to date with procedural and policy changes, and prepare reports for stakeholders
• Provide technical support and training to teams so the credit process is efficient, high quality and professional

Required profile

• University degree or diploma (e.g. Law, Economics)
• At least 2 years of experience in a financial institution or similar detailed process, preferably in credit analysis, risk analysis or lending
• Experience in finance and banking is a plus
• Fluent English, written and spoken; another language is a plus
• Strategic thinker focused on results and continuous improvement, with strong communication and negotiation skills

Required skills

• Proficient use of system tools and procedures
• Knowledge of the MS Office suite
