About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Commercial Team Manager to lead a small acquisition team in Brasov. The role combines hands‑on buying activities with strategic commercial planning in an international clearance company.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of 4‑5 buyers, ensuring daily acquisition operations run smoothly.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Monitor KPIs, analyse results and report findings to senior management.
- Coach, evaluate and develop team members to maximise their potential.
- Collaborate with buying, marketing and other commercial functions on cross‑functional projects.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a commercial or sales environment.
- Strong people‑orientation with the ability to inspire and empower a team.
- Result‑focused mindset, motivated by measurable outcomes.
- Fluent English (B2+) and conversational Italian (B1+).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
