Commercial Assistant with French

About the role

Veo Worldwide Services is looking for a dedicated and organised Commercial Assistant to join its team in Iași, Romania. The role focuses on streamlining the post-order process: reducing administrative burdens, shortening the time between order placement and goods receipt, and resolving disputes efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and all parties involved to ensure a smooth post-order process.
• Oversee the accurate and timely payment of supplier invoices.
• Check and validate documentation in the pre-order process.
• Monitor the delivery status of ordered goods.
• Analyse disputes related to transportation or delivered orders and propose effective resolutions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and time management skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
• Fluency in English (B1+) and/or French, German, Spanish or Italian (B1+).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
