Bulgarian-Speaking Customer Service Agent

About the role

KONE is looking for a Bulgarian-speaking Customer Service Agent to join its Customer Care team in Bucharest. The role covers emergency support, inbound customer requests and outbound follow-up, and suits someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and working in an international company.

Key responsibilities

• Emergency support (callout): handle urgent calls, dispatch technicians with all necessary details, communicate clearly and empathetically with passengers stuck in elevators, and give guidance and reassurance in emergencies.
• Inbound customer requests: respond to calls and messages within SLA, resolve inquiries, log complaints, update customer information and escalate complex cases to the right KONE teams.
• Outbound follow-up: conduct post-service surveys and welcome calls, contact customers periodically to support KONE campaigns, and maintain accurate data while handling requests efficiently.

Required profile

• Bulgarian at an advanced level (mandatory).
• Romanian at an advanced level (essential).
• Basic English.
• Experience in customer service or call center roles.
• Strong communication skills, empathy and attention to detail; calm, solution-oriented and professional under pressure.

Required skills

• PC literacy.
• Ability to work with multiple systems.
