Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator - Dutch Speaker

About the role

Genpact is hiring an Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator (Dutch speaker) in Romania, reporting to the Team Leader and working closely with the Client Cash Leader, the Collections Team and internal stakeholders. The role manages collections and cash application within the Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) process, acts as a senior member of the AR team and links Genpact with the client. Voice calling is required in a business-to-business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage collection activities for assigned customer portfolios to meet past due and cash collection targets
• Follow up customers by phone, email and written correspondence in Spanish and English
• Reconcile customer and agent accounts, post and allocate payments against bill lines and invoices, and investigate disputes, deductions, unapplied cash and aged debt
• Follow up delinquent accounts and amounts in suspense accounts, escalate high-risk accounts, and support month-end closure
• Support AR Specialists, coach them on HighRadius use and best practices, and assist the Team Leader
• Maintain relationships with the Client Cash Leader and key stakeholders, communicate results and risks, and support client escalations
• Prepare regular reports, monitor collection metrics, aging, disputes and cash application accuracy, and track SLA and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with controls and policies, attend to attendance and leave planning, and complete mandatory training and Genome requirements

Required profile

• Dutch (required) and English at advanced level (C1)
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance
• Experience in AR, Collections, Credit Control or Invoice-to-Cash processes
• Experience with ERP systems and collection tools such as HighRadius
