Accounts Payable Associate (AP) - Hybrid

About the role

Genpact is hiring an Associate for its F&A - AP team in Romania. This is a non-voice, core accounting position within the accounts payable function, working in a hybrid setting with a standard work shift. The role covers checking, processing and paying vendor invoices.

Key responsibilities

• Check, process and pay vendor invoices
• Handle email queries from vendors and internal stakeholders
• Resolve clarifications with vendors and internal stakeholders by writing emails or making calls
• Prepare account reconciliations and resolve open items arising from them

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance
• Advanced proficiency in Polish (C1)
• Accounts Payable certification and F-Tec certification
