Working Student Support for Production

About the role

Join Bosch's production site in Blaj as a Working Student supporting daily manufacturing activities. You will assist engineers, contribute to continuous improvement projects, and gain hands‑on experience in a high‑tech automotive and industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports, board updates and support 5S and TPM initiatives.
• Participate in process‑improvement projects and departmental activities.
• Learn and follow the operating procedures of production equipment.
• Conduct quality analyses, attend quality meetings and apply problem‑solving tools such as PSS, 8D and Pareto analysis.
• Handle routine administrative tasks related to production.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a technical university program.
• Good communication skills in English and Romanian.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and willingness to learn.
