Working Student - Production Area

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support the production area at our Bosch plant in Blaj. The role combines hands‑on assistance with documentation and process monitoring, offering a practical insight into automotive and industrial manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain assembly process documents, procedures and work instructions.
• Track, evaluate and statistically analyse process parameters.
• Implement and sustain 5S standards in the production area.
• Collect information on changes to assembly processes.
• Organise component availability and gather data during production trial runs.
• Prepare reports summarising trial‑run results.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Technical University program.
• Advanced level of English.
• Team‑oriented with good communication skills.
• Quickly adapts to changes and works independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
