About the role

Join Bosch's Blaj site as a Working Student in Process Engineering and Digitalization. You will support the transition of production data into actionable insights and contribute to the development of Industry 4.0 solutions within a leading automotive and industrial technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze production data and transform it into clear, actionable insights.
• Support engineers in testing and validating new manufacturing processes.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and digital tools for performance monitoring.
• Participate in automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Present findings and improvement ideas to engineering teams.

Required profile

• Student in Computer Science, Automation, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and data visualization concepts.
• Interest in manufacturing digitalization, automation, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
