Working Student Industrial Engineering

About the role

As a Working Student in Industrial Engineering at Bosch Group in Blaj, you will support the IE team in data collection, documentation and ergonomic improvements within the production environment. This position offers hands‑on experience in a leading automotive and industrial technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and document data for manual and automated processes.
• Monitor implemented measures in the IE area of responsibility.
• Assist in ergonomic checks of workstations and workplaces.
• Support the responsible engineer with work‑system design and time‑data management.
• Create and update IE‑specific documents in collaboration with specialized personnel.
• Liaise with production areas to provide time‑data and ergonomic support.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Automation or IT Economics studies.
• Analytical thinking and strong result orientation.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Minimum English level B2.
