Supplier Quality Engineer – Machined Parts

About the role

As a Supplier Quality Engineer for machined parts, you will join Bosch's Purchasing Organization in Blaj, supporting the automotive and industrial technology divisions. You will ensure that external suppliers meet Bosch’s high quality standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Release new suppliers from a quality perspective.
• Conduct Quality Management System audits at suppliers according to VDA standards.
• Audit and release supplier processes.
• Qualify, enable, and select suppliers for quality programmes.
• Participate in supplier selection as a technical specialist.
• Provide technical and methodological support in claim‑management processes.
• Support project‑management functions according to the Supplier Quality Management Process.

Required profile

• Experience in supplier quality engineering for mechanical or machined parts.
• Familiarity with VDA standards and quality management systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in an international, dynamic environment.
