Product Sales Specialist – Hungarian (Power Tools)

About the role

As a Product Sales Specialist for Power Tools, you will drive sales and promotional activities for a defined customer base, using both phone and email channels. Fluency in Hungarian and strong English communication are essential to engage customers and support the regional market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and email outreach to promote Power Tools offers and promotions.
• Create marketing materials based on data from the Power Tools sales team.
• Update customer and marketing databases with status information.
• Report competitor activities and telemarketing results to management.
• Process orders, handle claims, and provide product information.
• Participate in internal meetings and maintain collaboration with colleagues.
• Occasionally travel to meet customers at events.
• Follow internal procedures and support additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• University or high‑school diploma.
• Minimum B2 level English and C1/C2 level Hungarian.
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer contact centre or similar environment.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably with technology or power‑tool products.
• Strong analytical mindset with budgeting and planning knowledge.

Required skills

• SAP Cloud (or similar CRM system) data processing.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Salesforce.
