Order Management Analyst (German)

About the role

Bosch Service Solutions is seeking an Order Management Analyst fluent in German to join its Timișoara team on a 1‑year fixed‑term contract. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and software subscriptions within the Diagnose Service System (DiSS), supporting both internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders and software subscriptions in DiSS with precision and speed.
• Provide customers with information on licensing, subscriptions, and order status.
• Manage subscription and service contracts, including claim handling, returns, and invoice clarifications.
• Maintain CRM and DiSS databases, book service charges, and generate monthly billing.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email within defined timeframes.
• Create and verify various operational reports.
• Support product phase‑out actions and marketing activities for new products.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and train team members.
