Mid-Level Product Design Engineer

About the role

As a Mid-Level Product Design Engineer at Bosch Group in Blaj, you will drive the development and improvement of linear systems and actuators that meet current market demands. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to translate concepts into detailed product designs and digital twins for our configurator.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance linear motion systems and actuators, including all necessary calculations.
• Create digital twins of product structures for integration into the configurator tool.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage R&D projects with international colleagues and external partners.
• Define and execute release tests to verify product quality and performance.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and user instructions to support smooth product operation.

Required profile

• Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable discipline.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with product development processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional and multicultural teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD tools, preferably Creo.
• Solid understanding of mechanical design principles.
