Electrical Maintenance Engineer

About the role

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer at Bosch Group in Blaj, you will design, develop and maintain automated systems that boost production efficiency, quality and reliability. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement automation solutions, troubleshoot technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define spare‑part requirements and verify the lifetime of electrical components.
• Use performance‑indicator monitoring systems and propose improvements.
• Organise daily intervention and maintenance plans.
• Analyse equipment data and report findings in regular meetings.
• Monitor safety systems under defined conditions.
• Draft reports and documentation for electrical modifications or improvements.
• Support procurement by requesting price quotations for needed parts.
