AXWAY CFT Administrator – Timisoara

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AXWAY CFT Administrator to join our File Transfer team in Timisoara. The role involves installing, configuring, upgrading and maintaining AXWAY Transfer CFT solutions across a global banking environment. You will collaborate with network, security and application teams to ensure secure, compliant file transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, configure and administer AXWAY Transfer CFT on Linux/Unix and Windows platforms.
• Develop and optimise secure file‑transfer flows using protocols such as SFTP and FTPS.
• Provide technical advice on routing file transfers with internal and external partners.
• Automate file‑transfer operations using Shell scripting, Python or PowerShell.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve file‑transfer incidents, performing root‑cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with banking‑grade security and regulatory standards.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for out‑of‑hours changes and incident handling.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience with file‑transfer systems, specifically AXWAY CFT.
• Strong background in Linux/Unix and Windows administration.
• Experience in mission‑critical or banking environments.
• Ability to work in a global, multi‑regional context and on‑call schedule.
