Skilled Industrial Tradespeople – Register Your Interest for European Projects

About the role

Avantis is preparing a large‑scale industrial infrastructure programme across several European locations. We are seeking experienced tradespeople – pipefitters, welders, electricians, blaster painters, tank cleaners, platers and fabricators – to register their interest for upcoming assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out high‑specification industrial installations, mechanical and electrical fit‑outs, and structural assembly.
• Perform surface preparation, blasting, painting and specialist cleaning operations in controlled industrial environments.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards and permit‑to‑work systems.
• Travel between multiple European sites and adapt to fast‑paced delivery schedules.

Required profile

• Proven experience in heavy industrial, infrastructure, energy, marine or large‑scale construction projects.
• Relevant trade qualifications and certifications for the specific discipline applied for.
• Valid safety certification (e.g., CSCS, CCNSG, Safe Pass or equivalent).
• Ability to work internationally with appropriate EU documentation where required.
• Strong understanding of site safety, method statements and permit‑to‑work procedures.
