Service Support Engineer

About the role

The Service Support Engineer will manage the operation records of all engines serviced by the company, ensuring the availability of spare parts, preparing price offers, and handling invoicing for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor orders for parts and services with INNIO and track deliveries.
• Manage oil and antifreeze orders and verify part deliveries.
• Record parts movements and orders in the CERO system (Navision).
• Prepare price offers for parts and interventions and support contract execution.
• Verify supplier invoices, prepare transport orders, and maintain documentation.
• Handle invoicing for maintenance contracts, warranty services, and spare‑part supplies.
• Participate in warehouse inventory checks and reconcile input‑output differences.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and ability to follow internal procedures.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple orders and records.
