Service Engineer

About the role

The Service Engineer is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of engines and related equipment for our customers, ensuring optimal operation and compliance with service contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective interventions on Jenbacher/INNIO engines according to service contracts.
• Monitor engine performance daily, diagnose faults using functional testing and measurement devices, and prepare spare parts for repairs.
• Coordinate with electricians, mechanics, and locksmiths for special parts and interventions.
• Document all work in service sheets, repair reports, and monthly journals, and submit them to the service data operator.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, internal regulations, and supplier guidelines.

Required profile

• Experience in maintaining and servicing industrial engines and power equipment.
• Ability to work independently, manage tools and materials, and follow technical manuals.
• Willingness to respond to urgent situations, including on non‑working days.
