Corporate Finance Senior Analyst (Turkish)

About the role

The Record to Report (RTR) team is looking for a Senior Analyst who can combine strong finance expertise with Turkish language skills. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accounting reports, forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze results, revise forecasts based on actuals and provide variance analysis.
• Manage expense and revenue allocations, conduct profit and cost‑center analysis.
• Track project financials and support month‑end closing activities.
• Consolidate and prepare budget/forecast materials for presentations and business commentaries.
• Provide data‑driven analytics to challenge forecasts and targets.
• Analyze financial statements (cash flow, income, balance sheet).
• Cascade and upload planning data to the system according to business guidance.
• Support stakeholders during planning cycles and business reviews.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly financial closing activities.
• Create trackers for account‑level corrections and perform internal audit/quality checks.
• Ensure conformity to financial standards and maintain effective relationships with peers and vendors.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, RTR or general ledger functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
